Do you offer any warranty?
All the products at AdonaHArdware.com come with 2 year warranty. There is a mention about this in the description of each product. The warranty includes replacement of defective parts and finish. All parts and finishes of products available on AdonaiHardware.com are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Adonai recommends the use of professionals to install the parts. Any replacement during warranty period will be made by the company where damages are under manufacturer’s warranty. Labour charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage are excluded.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be made available for all warranty claims.
Do you repair or refinish old items?
There is no service for repairing or refinishing of old items as of now.
Do you do custom work?
Yes. We do have a custom section where customers can customise the finish of the hardware products.
Do you have a print catalogue?
No. Our product ranges change every now and then so we do not have a printed catalogue. All items are displayed with detailed description on our online store.
