Cancelling the order

Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours after placing the order. Please email contact@adonaihardware.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

How long does it take to process the cancellation request?

The cancellation of item(s) take upto 1-2 business days. The refunds take 15-20 business days to get back to the source for different banks.

What is the mode of refund against cancellation?

Refund is made to the same source by which the payment was done. We may also transfer the amount in your bank account.

What if my order is not shipped in 7-14 business days?

An email and SMS is sent to the buyer if the orders are not shipped within the said days. We accept cancellation of order in such cases.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on the following basis:

  1. If the product is received has fitting problems
  2. Accessories are not suitable for products
  3. The finish of the product is not proper
  4. The product is different from the order
  5. The finish is different from the order

Please follow the steps below to have the products returned:

  1. Fill in the Product Returns form available on our website within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. The form is available under the Service section on the website. The order details may be required for completing the form
  2. Carefully pack the items to be returned
  3. Include a printout of the Returns form
  4. Include a copy of the order confirmation sent to you. (you may use the order copy you receive)
  5. The products must be in the same condition in which you receive them
  6. The products must sent back within 7 days to AdonaiHardware.com

The freight charges need to be borne by the customer. Send the products through a reputed courier service to ensure proper delivery. We get back within 7-15 days with replaced products without any extra cost. We want you to get your refund as soon as possible. If you find out if the delivered product has one or more above mentioned fault(s).

The goods cannot be returned in the following cases:

  1. Incidental damage or misuse if products
  2. If products are tampered with
  3. Any damage that is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Refund Process:

Company will not be responsible for the damage returned products/goods by the courier service. If the products damaged during returned by courier service will be borne responsible by the customer. Returned products will be completely inspected by the Returns department.

In case of Non damaged returned products:- Following charges are applicable on the refundable amount.

·         5 % - 10% as Transaction Fee.

·         Rs.150/ charged as Transportation.

In case of damaged returned products:- Refund will be made as per the percentage of damage reported by the Returns department. Following charges are applicable on the refundable amount.

·         5 % - 10% as Transaction Fee.

·         Rs.150/ charged as Transportation.

Company cancellation policy:

Non receipt or No reply from the customer requested to fulfil the physical address or contact address requirement for more than 25 days would be treated/considered as cancellation of order. Fresh / New order have to place instead cancelled order. No refund will be made for the cancelled order.
